Call Recording
In addition to information captured about each caller, your database can include a digital recording of each call. Our CallReview feature allows you to replay conversations, identify opportunities to sharpen your team’s phone-selling skills, and recapture mishandled leads.
CallReview saves a digital audio file of each incoming call. All calls are accessible for 30 days, and you can select up to 30 calls for archiving for an indefinite time.
CallReview provides powerful contact-management features: Call-handlers and sales representatives can flag the status of a lead through the sales cycle, from first contact through closing.
A journal feature allows colleagues to attach notes and comments to an individual call.
Using our CallShare feature, you can forward any call recording as an email message to as many as five recipients. CallShare also is a convenient way to move your call recordings to your PC for permanent archiving.
